To ensure quality training sessions all new clients will be put through a screening process which will help us understand your body. We will go though a medical history, set goals, determine your nutrition ratio as well as proving you with custom a nutritional report (A nutritional report which will entail your meal plan summary, shopping list, meal plan, nutritional detail, nutritional deficiencies, recipes, as well as nutritional excess.), Vo2 testing, body mass index testing, body composition testing, exercise report of exercise for you to complete when not working with your trainer.




By having a kinesiologist as a personal trainer we are able to provide the following; geriatrics, power/agility, neurological rehab, yoga, workouts designed for amputees, Pilates, and aquatic rehab programs. With such an extensive variety of training methods why settle for less and pay more elsewhere?


To make person training available to everyone we offer different methods to get started with your personal training sessions. There is no minimum amount of sessions to purchase, but we do offer a discount based on total amount of sessions purchased.
