well i'm looking into getting started with yoga... looking to get more flexible and relax a lot more. i took it upon myself to download the yoga for dummies on video. if anybody would like me to send it to them you can reach me via AIM at emOMGSTFU, or msn at emOMGSTFU@hotmail.com. my email is also lichthab@msoe.edu but i don't know if i can send it through email. maybe josh will let me upload it to epoc? it goes through the following 12 poses and breathing:
1. cat pose 2. mountain pose 3. standing forward bend 4. lunge 5. tree 6. standing side stretch pose 7. downward facing dog 8. cobra 9. child's pose 10. seated spinal twist 11. seated forward bend 12. final relaxation pose. figured i'd offer it to you guys to have a visual guide to some poses as you begin your yoga endeavors. |

yea i figured they did.... but i hate looking at pictures as i'm still hesitant if i actually perform the activity correctly... i just thought that a beginner such as myself would maybe be interested in watching an entire workout or see exactly how a certain stretch is done if they had any questions...
