Better teeth and legs in four minutes a day!
If you are like me, brushing your teeth for the recommended 2 minutes twice a day is hard to do. I get bored about 30 seconds in and am ready for something else. So I devised my own way to keep time, get my 2 minutes, and do a little toning as well.
It turns out that three leg toning exercises, counted to 10, done for both legs, equal nearly exactly 2 minutes in time. So pick your top three or rotate to to all your favorites. Just don't forget to keep brushing!
