Default Better teeth and legs in four minutes a day!

If you are like me, brushing your teeth for the recommended 2 minutes twice a day is hard to do. I get bored about 30 seconds in and am ready for something else. So I devised my own way to keep time, get my 2 minutes, and do a little toning as well.

It turns out that three leg toning exercises, counted to 10, done for both legs, equal nearly exactly 2 minutes in time. So pick your top three or rotate to to all your favorites. Just don't forget to keep brushing!

what leg toning exercises are you doing? most of mine involve wieghts or a bosu.

its a totally awesome idea to combine the two! thanks for that info.

Unfortuntately, I don't know the names of most everything I do. But I do leg lifts: out to the side, forward and back.

ooh you can probably do squats and lunges too....i am really looking foward to brushing my teeth now

i tried this today with a squat type thing and then also walking in place, it was fun!
