I love this workout. It was encouraging, relaxing, and definately not that easy to do.

I started off with the first DVD (the set comes with 3). Basically I followed along with the introduction to basic moves and guided meditation. It was very easy to follow and essential in knowing what the moves looked like and what it felt when I was doing them.

Next I moved on to the Basic portion of the DVD. The warm up was fun, challenging, and an innovative way to stretch and warm my body up...it waas great. Then it went into a very relaxed yet challenging combination of yoga and ballet. The basic stances of ballet was used and combined with the breathing and relaxation techniques of yoga.

Overall I love this!!!!! I cannot wait to do it nightly!

Ok well I just saw an add for Kohl's and this set is available for $40 (10 off retail) so I think I may stop by and get it! Thanks for that write up and its good to know what you think. Is this something you will do nightly/daily? What other work outs will you incorperate with it?

I got this around Xmas time but never really got around to following the whole plan. Anyone want to give it a try, with the weekly diet and exercise guide etc? I'd love to have a buddy!

Cindy's been doing it, thats her unpacking of the box in the first post, if you have any questions about her results this would be the perfect place to start it. You should also start a thread and post your results so other can track your progress. =)
