gentle yoga
I want to introduce my substance abuse clients to some yoga poses, and breathing exercises. I am just thinking of a few simple standing poses, like warrior and mountain.
is there a video that might help us?

I nned some poses that I can use with people that are not into yoga. So I dont want to kill them with back bends.
