Default how do get rid of _________

I was wondering if there are any good exercies or cardio to get rid of Obliques, not get rid of but Make smaller/firmer more even ect...

Well you can do as many exercises as you want put to lose that fat you need to create a negative calorie balance. Try cutting down your caloric intake and bumping up the cardio for starts. What does your nutrition profile look like again, any updates on that would be great to help us figure out what you can do.

Smart draw. I use it to make flow charts and stuff. its great. it took me longer to host it than to draw it.

you can actually upload pictures and other attatchments via manage attatchments under additional options on here when you post.
