Default Weight Loss in 20-30 Days?

What would be the most effective and healthiest way to lose weight in a 20 to 30 day period? Currently I am 6'3 235 lbs. Also what are some ways of toning the chest area?

First I would suggest that you post your diet and exercise protocol and gives us more background info. It's pretty hard to judge where your at without that infomation.

Secondly I would suggest signing up for our weight loss tracker which here. You will need to register for this service as it's not on the same databases as the forum.

If you can start a photo journal to help track your progress and show others how your doing.

By the way enjoy your stay at epoc fitness and welcome to the forum.

Right now I don't have much of a exercise routine. I use to cycle but gave that up...for now. As far as food intake, I rarely eat breakfast, lunch consists of a sandwich (usually PB&J or turkey), some kind of chips, a can of Coke, and some fruit snacks. Dinner could be anything from fast food, to pasta, to chicken, mashed potatos and green beans, etc.

Well before you even begin anything you need to get your diet in check These are the steps I would take.
  • Visit our nutrition page and find out your suggest caloric intake
  • Back off a couple hundred calories maybe 300 from what is suggested to you for the first week.
  • Visit our meal plan sample and look and what a solid meal plan looks like. Cut out all the junk food your eating which is pretty much anything and everything you've been eating.

Also read all the stickies in the nutrition page, I believe their is 3. After you do that post any questions you might have. Changing your diet alone seems like it would take care of a big part of your weight issue.

Getting your diet is the biggest part and also the hardest part of acheiving your goals. If someone told me just go to the gym for an hour every day that would be great but the truth is. It's much harder than that because everything you consume plays a role in your ultimate goal. So it doesn't stop after you leave the gym.
