Post trting to lose 20 the healthy way :-x

i just wanted to edit my original entry to make sure u guys understand what i was trying to say. Im trying to lose the 15-20 lbs the healthy way. The struggle i had when i was younger is something Im glad i overcame :)

you should speak with a dietician and psychologist before you try and drop down 20lbs.

what is your BMI, body fat, etc? this should determine what your healthy weight should be.
