Default How many calories can I cut?

So heres me 6'1", 175-180 lb 19 yr old male, work out 4 times and run 4 times a week.

So my goal is to gain a six pack in a month, its part of a bet. So whats the minimum amount of calories I can eat a day and still lose roughly 10-12 pounds in 4 weeks. Thanks alot.

Well truman, i suggest counting up what your using not or visit our nutrition page which is www.epoc-fitness.com/nutrition.php and finding out what you need to consume and then posting that here along with what your diet looks like.

1900 calories to remain the same. So what would be healthy and still help me obtain my goals. And what does my workout schedule to do that caloric intake value?

My diet now is trying to eat 4-5 meals a day. Lots of sub sandwiches , and salads, and hot meats.

any idea how many calories you are consuming, also look at conuming more food more often might help you develope the mass your looking for. Or you can try to cut back your calories, but i think you need to post more then one day of your meal plan.

I didnt really do much ecept be a college student.
Drank alot of soda, ate no breakfast, 2 personal pan pizzas for lunch(almost everyday), Dinner was 3 plates of pasta , or 2 helpings of craved meat and mash potattoes and some cereal.

As of sun, I cut soda, and have started eating less. Im really just interested in an idea of how much calories I can safely eat every day without harm.

Yeah, also thanks for the help.

Wow, your suggested plan will be a very drastic change. I would suggest you slowly implement it. Try eatting smaller portions throughout the day.

See im an all for nothing kind of guy , either im in 100 percent or not. As of today and yesterday I am down to 1700 calories a day, and feel pretty good. The reason for my decline was when I was trainging for my half marathon last summer I hurt my knee and have iliodontal band syndrom. So I wanna get back in shape.
