here is how i see it
take your current wieght and multiply it by 16, thats how many calories i eat in a given day..i weight 160 so its roughly 2500-2600...and especially if you run alot, your body will be able to take in a lot more and you can still be set off. but as far as you gaining a sixpack, i say do abs everyday you run, abs are one of the muscles you can workout everyday and still see improvements. |
