this is probably going to be a question most people won't touch or want to discuss but her it goes, How often do you get bowl movements ? I try to make sure at minimum once a day so i don't have extra waste being stored in my body. I use papaya fruit as a natural laxative or bananas to regulate excretion. I am no scientist but you may aslo want to see about layering and if it can help you sweat of excess water weight.
