Default Eating?

I work out usually 5 days a week. Varying up my RE and doing Cardio usually after every workout.

I do all this @ 6am, then I go to work.

I am in an office enviroment from 9-5, we usually eat out. At lunch I try to get some good greens and some chicken or fish in there.

I wanna drop about another 15-20lbs, I have noticed that I am MUCH stronger than when I started out, I can feel muscles in places I had all but forgotten about.

So In summary, with only a Vending Machine at my disposal, how can I get away with 5 or 6 meals a day!? The healthiest thing in those vending machines is probably either a pack of gum or pretzels...pretty bad...

Suggestions?

Been steaidly loosing 2-3lbs a week on the system I am on....I am only taking in probably about 2000cals a day, drinking a liter of water at the gym, and at least another 5 or 6 twelve ounce cups at work.

I'm all ears.

good choice for lunch, its hard to eat healthy on such a tight time frame...are u allowed to bring snacks with you at work at all? if so, try bring a granola bar, or yogurt..something around 200 cals that is halfway good for you, maybe some fruits or something

if you have access to a fridge i would bring veggies, like baby carrots, celery sticks, caluiflower, etc. if you dont, dried/dehydrated fruit is another great option that you can have in your desk or something. maybe even a protein bar?

look at getting some carbs in the morning also, they should be the bulk of your caloric intake
