Finally getting there...
So after a lot of time, detication, and support I have lost a total of 51 lbs!!! I feel amazing and I am 12 lbs away from my goal weight!!! Just thought I would share!!

This is a big step, I remember when you were so fustrated you wanted to quit. We're all really pround that you were able to push through. Especially since we use to work out together. The last 12 is going to be the hardest but it will be a great goal once you reach it.

super easy: just go to the before and after picture section, start a new thread, type a little something in the message box, then scroll down to the manage attachment secion (in the box under all the smilies and says addition options in a dark blue header) then load them from your computer. you can also do something with photobucket or webshots or another picture hosting thing where you load the pictures on there and then copy the image location (photobucket is cool in the sense that they totally just have you click next to image location and it automatically copies it for you) then you can just post the image location into the message section and it'll look like this:
