Hey, what is the fasted way to lose weight? I want to lose 30lbs before summer is here.. Is just sticking to cardio and strict diet the way to go? or what about these DIet bills, Hydroxycut Ect... or how about that Hollywood miracle which you drink it for two days and you dont eat or drink anything else and it gurantees a 10lb weight loss

Fad diets are a bad idea in general as they will slow down your metabolism. The best way to actually lose weight would be through proper nutrition. Also a strength protocol would be a great way to add some lean muscle mass while reducing your body fat. As it turns out the more amount of learn muscle mass you have the faster your metabolism is. That is because the caloric need to support your body mass is more than it would be to support it's weight in fat. At a healthy max the most that is suggested is 2 # of fat per week.

definately do not give into fad diets. they are fads for a reason. the hollywood diet is just a loss of water weight and youll put it back on once you eat. a healthy diet with exercise will help you loose weight.

If you want to take supplements make sure you try it the natural way first to see what your body is capable of. Also check to see what AP has, they have a banner at the top right of our screen. If you have any questions about there product you can post here which is nice. As they have a rep here who is awesome at answering questions that you might have.

you body depends on glycogen. If you deplete these stores of glycogen is when you feel faint and dizzy when working out. Eat before working out and after your done with your workout have a simple carb.

You can lose about 2 pounds per week.

pretty much though it will take a while for the muscle to really grow, so you'll prob see a lot of weight come off first. Then work on packing it back on the lean way.
