You're going to spend 7-8hrs without eating anything, your body will use up those calories, if you don't eat anything before sleeping, it will break down your muscles for energy.
I guess you have to pick, one or the other. Thank Josh for this nutritional fact sheet. Keep in mind this is one teaspoon of olive oil, I said one tablespoon. ![]() |
