thanks, i will keep that mind and stay on track..

Also i was wondering at night what should you eat, not right before you go to bed but at like 7pm? Simple carbs, complex or none? Tonight i had a salad and some whole wheat rice.. is that bad?

There are a couple way to look at this. This is the way i see it, the time you eat is not important compared to the amount of calories you consume and intake during the day and even during the week. This is especially true if you are not playing sports.

Another way to see it is if your not going to be doing anything there is no sense in eating which also makes sense. If you do choose to eat something try to eat something that does not have a lot of sugar, low calories, and nutrient dense.

It's not bad at all, although you need to add some protein.
Before sleeping, go with complex fibrous slow burning carbs and some lean protein, go with a big salad with a spoon of olive oil and some grilled chicken breast, this would be superb for a cut.

You're going to spend 7-8hrs without eating anything, your body will use up those calories, if you don't eat anything before sleeping, it will break down your muscles for energy.
I guess you have to pick, one or the other.

Thank Josh for this nutritional fact sheet. Keep in mind this is one teaspoon of olive oil, I said one tablespoon.
