Default easiest way to lose weight?

exercise.
if you really wanna lose weight, you'd do it.

but then again, i think exercise adds on weight, cuz of the muscle u buildd

I don't see how this particular statement will assistant anyone is loosing weight. If you want to be specific, like exercises you have done in the past, then please do so and talk about your results or any questions you may have as you are working out.

Statements like these will just get locked.
