2 pills before and 2 pills after, is what is recommended.
They are time release too.

So yeah, the advantage of BCAA over regular whey protein, is that whey protein has some sugar and some fat, always. BCAA are just aminos.

I think I'm going to try this method from now on, but I have a question, you say to run on empty stomach basically except for the amino acids/whey, how long is long enough after having a meal before you wouldn't have carbs from your last meal in your body.

For example, if you had eggs for breakfast at 8am, how long would you recommend waiting before doing cardio so that you could ensure there are no carbs in your system?

Do it before eating your eggs, on a empty stomach, meaning after fasting all night.

Dymatize BCAA 400 is the name of the one I take.

Good price and a good company.

You can buy them online. Google it and pick any store you prefer.

I'm not gonna refer you to any online store, this way you can shop around and find the cheapest one.

can you drink a glass of milk before cardio? i've heard of some people passing out/feeling sick during cardio because they had been fasting all night.
