I think I'm going to try this method from now on, but I have a question, you say to run on empty stomach basically except for the amino acids/whey, how long is long enough after having a meal before you wouldn't have carbs from your last meal in your body.
For example, if you had eggs for breakfast at 8am, how long would you recommend waiting before doing cardio so that you could ensure there are no carbs in your system? |
