Trying to shave the finial 10 off
Hey all.
It's been a while since I've posted here.
Anyways, I have been working out for the past year and a half and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have toned arms, back, chest, I feel better, and I have more energy.
3x a week I;
Lift for my chest, arms, Delts, back, and abs. Then I cap it all off with a 20 minute medium intensity (fat burn-mode) jog.
I want to shave down about another 10 lbs. I eat well, and Drink LOADS of water, but I am wondering if I need to chill out on the lifting and do more cardio, or just be even more restrictive with my eating. I am exactly where I want to be, just I have about an extra 10lbs I want to shave down on.
Ideas/suggestions welcome!
