Yahoo! I did good today...a milestone and great accomplishment. I stayed under 1500 calories, jouralized everything, and snacked on #'s 10 and 13 instead of junk food. I might be able to do this.

What are your thoughts and input on the new prepackaged snacks out there such the 100 calorie or less prepackaged treats? Ex- Honeymaid, Baked Doritos, Baked Cheetos, Baked Oreo Thin Crisps etc.? The nutritional value states 0 transfats, yet on a few of the boxes I've noticed hydrogenated oils listed on the ingredients....plus a whole lot of other crazy ingredients that I cannot pronounce. Should we steer clear of these "good for you snacks"?

my views are anything that was super unhealthy to start off with, once they claim it's reduced is still pretty unhealthy
