Ive actually just began drinking alot of water again recently. I try to keep it (when I actually stay on a program, etc) at about 1 gallon a day. Also I try to drink some gatorade after I work out, and I like coffee.

Cutting out soda can account to a 2 lb loss of weight per month. It's really amazing how much soda adds.

Is that dark sodas? Or any sodas?

I always heard the dark ones are worse for you...

You know I never looked into the difference but it has to due to calories and sugar.
