3/18/2007

Shoulder Press (4 sets of 10 reps at 15lbs)
Tricep Extension (4 sets of 10 reps at 10lbs)
Seated Row (5 sets of 10 reps at 20lbs)

Deadlift 4 X 10 X 80 kg
Stiff leg deadlift 3 X 12 X 35kg
Squat (ATG) 4 X 10 X 80kg
Dumbel Shrugs 3 X 12 X 20kg

today sadly nothing I was up late last getting some work done and only got 3 hours of sleep, so for me it was a rest day. Tomorrow on the other hand weather is suppose to be very nice 69 I plan to get a nice very slow 8 mile run in.

tomorrow i plan on just doing some yoga, i need to relax and focus on some school stuff.

ummm so today i felt super buff

i did:

leg curls 55lbs 15reps 4 sets
leg extensions 30lbs 15reps 4 sets
rows 30 lbs 15reps 4 sets
shoulder presses 20lbs 15reps 2 sets then 15lbs 15 reps 2 sets
bicep curls 20lbs 15 reps 2 sets then 15lbs 15reps 2 sets

ran 3.5 miles before lifting
too many ab workouts to type as my cooldown
squat 5xset 135x15, 185x12, 195x12, 205x10, 225x6
3 set leg curl
3 set leg extension
8 set calve raises (40 rep)
more abs
basketball for 3 hours :)
now im whipped :) eatin me some ice cream! hehe
