ran 3.5 miles before lifting
too many ab workouts to type as my cooldown squat 5xset 135x15, 185x12, 195x12, 205x10, 225x6 3 set leg curl 3 set leg extension 8 set calve raises (40 rep) more abs basketball for 3 hours :) now im whipped :) eatin me some ice cream! hehe |
