The poll doesn't say which exercise

for me at the moment

Squat (ATG) sets of 10 at 80 kg (176 lb)
Deadlift sets of 10 at 80 kg (176 lb)
Benchpress sets of 10 at 45 kg (99 lb)

first off I'd like to say thanks for converting, although I myself have gotten quite familiar with kg, i think it's easier to deal with then pounds. When your seeing kg it sometimes throws people off. If you don't mind me asking what are your goals, I noticed this is your second post and would love to know more about what you've been doing and where you hope to be down the road with your training.

my goal is to enter my first PL comp this year after my plans last year flew out the window due to family issues (2 of my 3 sons are Autistic). I have also had a few setbacks this year due to injury (2 torn calf muscles and a broken thumb) but not from lifting.

I also play rugby union in the local ladies team and I am a licensed coach for junior football (soccer). I spent over 10 years competing in Judo, some of that time at state level until a knee injury forced me out. I also play Broomball when I can.
