^ Indeed. Barbell rows, t-bar, deads... all good stuff. Try some dumbell rows as well.
Also, keep in mind that arm position will really determine what part of you back you are working. If you are doing a row, keep the elbow in toward your side to hit your lats. If it's a pull down type movement, keep the elbows out to keep the emphasis on the lats. |
