Godfather is on a distinguished road
Default How's this sound for an every other day workout with running in between days?

Rowing machine 12 reps 4 sets
15 reps of assisted dips 3 sets
15 reps of assisted pull ups 3 sets
ab machine 100 lbs 15 reps 3 sets
chest press thing 12 reps 3 sets
leg thing where u get underneath machine bend knees and push up (leg press?) 15 reps 3 sets
12 reps 3 sets bicep curl machine

I'm getting used to the the dips and pull ups so I'm using the assisted machine for now. I'm squeezing in running 4 miles in between days I'm using weights.

Does the above workout sound fine or can I squeeze in a few more exercises?

I'm basically looking to cut while increasing muscle tone and strength.

Thanks in advance!

I would change it up, add more exercise for muscle groups. Try one of these workouts
