i thought i would share my routine and ask for advice.
i'v been doing monday wednesday friday upper body and thusday thursday lower body with 15 or so minutes on the eliptical machine. now as for my reps and sets i do 3 sets. first set i do 10 reps, second set i bump up the weight and do 8 reps, for the third set i bump up the weight again and do 6 reps. this has been working prety good for me but there is always room to improuve, thank guys. |
