on your leg day instead of doing leg ext and leg curls maybe doing forward lunges and backwards lunges and squats more compound exercises compared to the single jointend exercises that you are doing.

Anytime to really maximize results especially when your working with muscle mass compound exercises are going to be better than single joint actions.

You've put together a 5 on 2 off routine.
I'd switch that up, if working out on weekends is an option for you.
The same series of workouts, (or maybe even knock it down to 4 lifting workouts, and include 1 cardio session in place of the 5th) but go maybe 2 on 1 off, or 3 on 1 off.

A good option is to even create a rotation on this.... so your day off rotates throughout the workouts. (One week, your day off is the day after chest, the next week, it's after bi's/tri's, etc.)

Keep your body guessing, and ensure that you get adequate time for each muscle group to repair. You've heard it before, you grow on the off days. not in the gym.
