I see lots of built guys at the gym who have pretty good physiques, but it seems like the one thing they consistently overlook is training their rear delts. It's probably because it's easy to forget about a bodypart that you don't see when flexing in the mirror. That and rear delt exercises aren't that enjoyable IMO. It looks terrible though because without balance from the rear delt, the front pulls the shoulder forward and you get a slumped shoulder look. Just a reminder to you guys to not neglect your rear delts.

My delts are probably my best feature at this point, other than maybe my insane obliques. Everything else is small but for some reason my delts respond pretty well to not much work. I do rear delt and rotator cuff work every week. Not as glamorous or fun as working other body parts, but very important IMO.

Today I did parallel grip overhead press, low cable laterals, delt flys, and then ran 8 miles. my delts feel good.
