Overall I like it though. I'm kinda addicted, in a good way. I like being sore the day after. Feels good.
I just started with the eliptical things. I feel kinda retarded on them, but they work. The next 15 pounds are about to fall off.

I dislocated my shoulder doing a 5x15 dumbbell bench the other day.. I was talkin to josh afterwards, from what I described to him he tells me I sublexed it (dislocated and went back into place itself). Since then I've been reluctant to lift for fear of doing it again.
Be careful of how your joint is moving if you do them.

It didn't really hurt that bad, it was kinda sick watching my shoulder drop like 2 or 3 inches though.
