I have a bunch of good routines on my computer at home (wont be there untill first week of jan) that Ill post if you dont get a response before then.
the only other thing id recomend is the mens health personal trainer, I used it for my first year of working and its UNREAL definitely worth taking a look at. Creates routines for you and changes them up every 2 weeks as well as tells you how much weight to do and everything. great stuff. |
