Default strength increase

i found that doin the 5x5 routine to be amazing
my bench max has gone up 15 pounds from a month ago..i highly recommend people lookin into this program :)

haha, I've posted about it a few times.

5 high weight reps, alot of strain on 4th and 5th.

will give size and strength, the best overall sets to do in my opinion.

i dont use this program when i work bi's or tri's though..i like the pump when i do sets of 12-15 on arms..

i just do 5x5 on squat, bench, incline, deadlift, and cleans

I agree. It only works on your main exercises. The acessories should stay at a higher rep because you wont get the same gains.

You can get it to work for preacher curl though if you have a spotter and do negatives.

I believe the protocol for a low rep high weight is posted some where also under rep cont.

ive also gained wieght through (i believe) the help of this program..started at 155 now im 165 and still 7.5% bf
