Pumping Iron
I don't know if anyone has seen the movie, I'm sure many of you have heard of it. It is a movie showcasing body builders starring Arnold Schwarzenegger during his training for the 1975 (his 6th) Mr. Olympia competition.
Someone loaded it on to youtube into nine parts. I think that Lou Ferrigno was the first modern body builder. Many are much bigger than Arnold was, and until Ferrigno, Arnold was the biggest of his day.
Arnold: 6'2 240lbs Lou: 6 '5 275lbs Coleman: 5'11 285 Cutler: 5'9 275 I think Arnolf was small, on the scale of modern body builders. But when you think about it he wasn't THAT big, 6'2 240 is kind of average. You wouldn't know how huge he is unless he his shirt off
