Oops.. sorry. I have been out of work most this week and dealing with some home computer problems.. So yeah. Wasn't getting on the forums too much.
Anyway, as for what I currently do, I have just been using the exercise room for doing my bench presses. Plus some dips and whatever you call the part opposite of the bench press (in the pictures). I dont spend too much time in there because (as you may have noticed) I dont know what Im doing in there. hah. ![]()

Sweet dude, thank you very much.. I've been looking through your threads trying to see if I can match some of the things you're doing with the equipment I have..
Very helpful threads by the way.. even with the stuff I dont have access to. Still really helpful to see what can be done.

Alright, here is what I've got.
On the pull down bar- tricep extensions/pushdowns, lat pull downs Weights under it pull down- rows, bicep curls butterfly deck- butterfly bench press- bench press, reverse bench, shoulder shrug leg bench- leg extensions, curls, could use as a flat bench, could also use for incline/decline pushups putting your hands or feet on the bench You could do various body weight and dumbbell exercises in the open area. In my opinion all you need for a good workout is a set of dumbbells.

Also I forgot dips. You can also do those on the benches.

Yeah they only have the super small (max of 5lbs) that are sitting on the treadmill. I will work what you have said into my routine this week. Thank you again.

Okay.. so this past week I've eased my way back into body weight stuff.. pushups, situps, and a couple different things with my dumbells in my apartment.
..Now time to get back into my little gym area again. Any new tips on what I can do with that setup I posted up top?

Actually.. it flows pretty well. They kept it up pretty well cause it doesnt seem to have any rough points.. it all seems to work pretty well.
