Default Coming soon- champ training

So far I have listed exercises I personally do for my back and shoulders in champ training volume 1.

I'm going to be adding my routins for legs, arms, abs, and chest.

I will also add in other exercises that I don't normally do, but that also work in the areas along with a description of how to perform each exercise.

If there are any target areas or exercises that you want me to go into extra detail on post it here so I can know in advance!

This guy deserves a medal or something.. hahah. Great stuff man. I can't wait to see em all. It will help GREATLY.

I think I'm going to post a picture of the exercise equipment I have access to (in the mini exercise room) and ask you guys to help me figure out what I can do with it. hehe. :) Cause judging by the equipment you have, Im sure you know what can be done on this stuff.
