Here are workouts I use, along with pictures, so you guys can get a sample workout that you could do and see how to do each exercise.

This is exactly what I've been looking at starting. Keep this up and take pics of as many exercises as you can think of. I'll sticky this thread and at the end I'm going to make a nice database of them.

I will be doing arms, chest, legs, and abs in addition to this. After those I will do miscellaneous exercises that I have not covered or that have been asked about.

Quick question.. I noticed you have your hands opposite gripped on the Shoulder Shrugs and Deadlift. Any particular reason for that? Is it incorrect to have both hands gripping the same way? Or is it just your personal preference?

Personal preference. I feel it gives more room between my body and the bar and won't create an "uncomftorable situation"
