edamame (young soybeans) are also good as a snack, that's why I asked. If you normally don't have a problem with soy protien, I would try edamame too.

Gaining weight is going to become almost like a job for you it seems. Really having to stay on top of stuff. I truly believe that it is really a lifestyle change and one of the more difficult sports around, because their is no off time. Everything you do will have an impact on your results.

i know..its gonna be rough..but if i train as hard as i can everyday and just do the proper stuff, i hope itll come soon...but im gonna try spreading the serving of wieght gainer into 2 servings...but its still gonna be only one total...have half a serving mixed with 2 scoops of whey for between breakfast/lunch and then the other half serving with 2 scoops of whey in it as a post workout.

Still seems as if you can pack a lot more real food in than a supplement but thats just me. How many calories are you shooting for.
