Default n00b here with tons of supp questions

Alright, so here goes, finally started going back to the gym after 1.5years and this time around I want to take supp's to help me gain muscle. I found out from our administrator here that Ephedra cancles out the use of creatine. Have you guys heard of Kre-Alkalyn creatine? My friend bought me a bottle, he said he researched it and it is the only creatine that 100% fully absorbs, I have no clue if its true or not though. Also, as far as a multi-vit, what would you guys reccomend? I know I should be taking protein, I'm reading thorugh that thread right now to find out what the best choice is. Is there anything that I have left out that you guys would also reccomend I take? Thanks in advance everyone!!

Wasiq it's actually caffeine that retards the effects of creatine to a point. Also creatine will work only to a point if your body has enough it won't absorb it. Think of it like a bath tub. If you body already filled the bathrub with water any more water won't get saved but will just get spilled over. This is true with Cr.

It's really hard to suggest anything to you without knowing your nutrition profile. Then after know that I would suggest trying to really focus and clean it up stay with that for a while then dip into supplementation just so you can really gauge the effectiveness of the supplements that you're taking.

i would suggest taking protein before creatine..if your muscles are getting atleast 1-2 g of protein for every pound that you wiegh then you will not make any sufficient gains..and the only multivitamin that i take is a vitamin b complex..its got vitamin c, b6,b12, iron, niacin and panthothenic acid in it..take 2-3 a day
