Hydroxycut info
Has anyone ever tried Hydroxycut?? I used to take it for a month but stopped because I didn't have time to go to the gym.
I always read product reviews before I buy them so when I first bought them there were nothing but positive reviews. And now I there are mixed reviews about it I want to lose weight fast, does anyone have suggestions? thanks! :helpsign

I know I haven't used it since they stopped putting ephedra in it a while ago. I know their are a couple people on the forum who are big into supplements so I'll let them give their reviews.

I can't give you too much of a scientific approach but I do have personal experience along with the experience of friends.
The current Hydroxycut (without Ephedrine) had little to no effect on me. I probably would have been better off slamming Redbulls. My appetite remained the same and I didn't lean out at all. None of my friends had any luck with this stuff either. All in all I try to stay away from Muscle Tech products. The Ephedra ban has been lifted (except in California and a few other states I believe). It shouldn't be difficult at all to order a bottle online. Just remember to keep the doses low, more doesn't always mean more effective.
