Default help what suplements to use???

I want to start incorporating creatine and whey protein into my diet. I havent got a clue as to what to look for. There are so many brands and bottles to choose from. What would be a good product for me to pick up if i am trying to burn fat and gain strength at the same time? I have a limited selection being overseas of GNC, muscle tech, pro lab and xcyience.

I'll narrow it to the Muscle Tech and ProLab lines. While a lot of people knock MuscleTech, their products are based on real science. The problem lies in the price for most people.

moto do you eat a lot of meats also thats one thing to take into consideration when thinking about creatine. It has an effect on some people and not on other. For those who don't see any difference with Cr it's mostly due to the fact that your body has already acheived it's natural limit.

i dont eat alot of meals or big meals. My breakfast usually consist of yogurt or cereal. Lunches are usually tuna, yogurt ocassionally a sub. Dinner is my biggest meal which is 99% of the time something grilled like chicken, steak or pork and a healty side of brown rice, noodles or vegies. I snack on fruit and nuts during the day and at night. I think i eat fairly healthy for the most part.

Joe,

Judging by the food intake you laid out there, I think you could manage to lose those pounds with diet alone, and with fairly minor changes.
However, more info is needed, such as height, weight, bodyfat %, and a more detailed log of food intake.

Moto I suggest you start a new thread with your workout protocol and meal plan it in and we'll see if we see anything you might be able to switch around.

I fully agree with Josh... try to get as much info up as possible. Your height/weight and calorie count don't seem to fit together with having trouble losing weight.

In all honesty you may need to end up increasing calories here in the future to lose weight.

Way to many variables at this point. Can you post any recent pictures?
