Default Osteobolin-C: My experience so far

Back story: I've been playing team and individual sports pretty much constantly since I was 5 years old. Tore one ACL and meniscus in 2004, had surgery and full recovery. Tore the other ACL in 2006, and have had full recovery. After a lazy autumn/winter, I am beginning to ramp up my fitness for team sports again.

Vitruvian was kind enough to send me a 30-day supply of Osteobolin-C from Applied Nutriceuticals, in exchange for keeping a log of my workouts and pain/soreness factors.

I took a baseline log for about a week, to get my pain/soreness levels without the supplement. I was experiencing a fairly high level of soreness following my workouts.

I then began taking the recommended dosage of the supplement (based on weight), and I have to say I am pleased with the results thus far.

I did notice something a little peculiar. During the first week of taking the supplement, I experienced a significant increase in muscle soreness following my workouts. Then I remembered reading on the label that Osteobolin-C contains a keto-steroid that helps with muscle building, especially around the joints. It was definitely the "good" soreness associated with increasing strength, rather than the "bad" soreness associated with overuse or injury. So that eased my mind.

The muscle soreness lasted a few days, and is completely gone now.

I have definitely noticed a marked decrease in muscle and joint pain both post-workout and during off-days since I started taking Osteobolin-C.

In keeping my log, I decided to throw in a chart showing my progress, along with a trend line that simplifies viewing the data trend.

The yellow line denotes when I started the Osteobolin-C regimen, and the black line is the data trend line.

Thanks again to Vitruvian and Applied Nutriceuticals for the chance to try a great product. I will definitely continue using it. Vitruvian and Applied Nutriceuticals will receive my complete log once the regimen is completed.

my experiences were pretty similar. i did sort of a half assed job of supporting his supplement so i'm gonna back you in here. and vitruvian, don't feel like i just left you hanging cuz i spread your name around whenever i hear supplement talk... i will do my best to get you guys as much business as possible.

sorry about that little bit but i had to get it out of the way. i didn't really workout while i was on my sample bottle, so i didn't have any muscle soreness, but i definitely noticed an improvement in joint soreness (or lack there of). by the end of my sample i noticed a small difference in doing daily activities. i say small because i only took it for a week but still could actually notice the effects. like i said before, i will definitely be getting another bottle as well as continue ordering from them for all my supplement needs.

so, is the aim of this product to reduce soreness associated with lifting, or is it to strengthen the muscles around the joints?

Also, what is the benefit of taking it if it is just to reduce soreness(other then the obvious lack of soreness)?

So I've pretty much finishe dthe 30-day regimen that Vitruvian sent me.

I have to say that I am more than pleased with Osteobolin-C, and I have already recommended it to a couple friends who have had injury-related joint pain.

Hell, I did a 30-mile, hilly, charity bike ride this past Sunday, and aside from just being tired as all get out, I had ZERO joint pain, which would definitely not have been the case in previous months.

I should have my log and write-up finished later this week, and I will send it to Vitruvian at Applied Nutriceuticals. I'll also be ordering some more Osteobolin-C in the very near future.
