ok, took some rpm today along with igf-2 and neovar. the rpm really gave me a good pump... kinda hard to explain - its as if it made my muscles feel tighter then they normally would have gotten when you're swolen during workout. it was a good feeling.
i must say tho that i felt shitty again during the workout. i think it was cuz these last day and a half i took a lil more igf than i was supposed to (counted what was left in the bottle, figured out that i'd have two left over pills for a morning dose on sat - so i figured i'd take an extra pill with a couple doses so that i didnt have anything left over, esp for a nonworkout day. prolly not a good idea :embarrassedface ) manned up tho and got through my workout - i just took a 5-10 min break and made myself feel better and just pumped out the rest of what i had planned. My overall honest opinion: i think its a good product. i was a lil upset at how long it took for me to notice a difference. that doesnt neccessarily mean it was the products fault, it could have also been my lack of supplement experience, or even perhaps its just a characteristic of my body type. i think every product/substance/food affects everybody differently. if i had the funds, i would be very interested in continuing this stack for another 4 weeks see where it takes me. i love the fuller look between workouts that i've got now - i hope not too much is affected after i run out of neovar (i just about ran out of igf2 today). would i recommend igf-2 and neovar? simply put: yes. i would at least give it a shot and see what you think. i, in the end, really liked it, and am grateful for vitruvian's kindness in letting me sample his product. i hope he keeps me in mind for future products (which i think he has mentioned already :bdance ) oh, and you gotta love all the comments/compliments from people about "whoa?! what steroids are you on?" and "damn, what have you been doin since you left [insert old job name here]" and "yea, you're def gettin bigger dude, keep it up" gets you pumped! so without further ado.... the after pics (keep in mind this is about an hour and 1/2 after workout): relaxed ![]() ![]() ![]() not so relaxed haha ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() thanks again for all your comments/encouragement. it was a fun month! too bad it flew by so fast...
