Defintely + 1 on the green leafy veggies.
Blueberries and other berries are a great source of antioxidants as well. Basically, the most brightly colored fruits and vegetables contain the most antioxidants, and the lightest colored teas (white, then green, followed by oolong and then black) have the most antioxidants.

no problem. Also, the best teas are NOT the ones in the supermarket. Those are very stale and have lost most of their antioxidant benefits. Go to a specialty tea and coffee shop and buy the tea loose (or you can get it online).
