Beta- Carotene which gives colour to yellow, orange and green leafy veggies, carrots, dark green leafy vegies like spinach, broccoli, turnips, beets, and collard green sweet potatoes, winter squash, apricots, cantaloupe, mangos, papaya.

Vitamin C you can get from citrus fruits and juices cabbage, broccoli, turnip greens, cantaloupe, freen and red peppers, and berrier.

For vitamin e you should look at poultry, seafood, veggatble oils, wheat germ, fish liver oil, whole grain breads and fortified cereals, nuts and seeds, dreid beans and green leafy veggies and eggs.

Defintely + 1 on the green leafy veggies.

Blueberries and other berries are a great source of antioxidants as well.

Basically, the most brightly colored fruits and vegetables contain the most antioxidants, and the lightest colored teas (white, then green, followed by oolong and then black) have the most antioxidants.

no problem. Also, the best teas are NOT the ones in the supermarket. Those are very stale and have lost most of their antioxidant benefits. Go to a specialty tea and coffee shop and buy the tea loose (or you can get it online).
