PM kept me up all night. I didn't get to bed til around 4am...could this be because I took AM when I woke up around noon that day? I didnt take it today because I have a midterm tomorrow and don't want to jeaporidize not getting enough sleep. Suggestions?

Please let me know how many capsules of what you took, and when. Also include your wake up time and bed time.
I ask because a dose of AM, even if taken at noon, shouldn't keep you up that late, unless you are highly caffeine sensitive. The PM shouldn't have that kind of effect at all. Let's have a look at the big picture, then hopefully narrow it down.

i weigh about 115 and when i looked at the bottle it said up to 100lbs 1 capsule, 150 two, 200 (or something like that) 3...so I took 2. i usually have about 24-40oz of coffee a day and that day i have not an ounce of caffeine because i wanted to let the AM-PM do its thing and not be interrupted.
so all in all: 2 capsules of AM and 2 of PM. i didnt take it today (forgot) but ill take it tomorrow and keep a journal of how i feel to post on here (including my diet)

Tomorrow (or whenever you try them next) let's knock the dosage down to 1 cap of the AM in the morning hours, then 1 cap of the PM before bed.
You can build from here to 2 AM's in the morning, and 1 PM before bed, and then on to 2 AM's in the morning, 2 PM's before bed. This will allow you to find out which of the 2 is interfering with sleep. If tolerance is gained with these dosings, you could eventually add a second dose of AM in the early afternoon. My wife uses 2 AM's in the morning, 2 in the early afternoon, and 2 PM's before bed. No problems at all.
