i recently got hired at a gym, they sell APEX products..i dont mind their protein (especially because i get it for so cheap!) a normal serving is 210 calories and 45 g whey protein..decent for me..usually take 3-4 a day

Always liked ON chocolate the most. I mix it with water, not milk.
As for how much I consume... depends on the day. For the most part, I only take it as a pre/post workout supplement. If I happen to not have enough food with me, or I can't stomach eating any more at a particular point during a given day, then I will use it to fill the gaps. As pre workout (which I often don't do) I take around 25-30 grams. Post is 50 grams along with a bunch of carbs. Fantastic advice earlier on casein vs. whey! |

I haven't read anything to state that it really would. Assuming proper hydration at least.
