energy boost- whats best?
I need to get amped up. I cant motivate and I'm getting fatter by the second. I have a ton of work to do- what kind of drinks/ shakes do you guys suggest?

Im gonna say No-xplode cos thats all ive tryed, turned me from a 14 stone lazy student bum into a 12 stone kick ass, motivated competative student bum (who now has twice the strength all over).
Its just cos its loaded full of caffine lol

Have you tried energy gels such as GU? Most runners use them.

I'll back up appnut on the RPM's. they are seriously motivating. I take them a little before I run, while I am hydrating, and I know when it is time to go!

Wish I could help.. I dont know any healthy drinks to get amped from..
..I used coffee and/or Monster.
