Osteobolin can be used virtually anytime. So food, results seem to be had regardless of food intake. I tend to use mine right before or after meals just for convenience.
the Lipo products are best suited on an empty stomach. However, i personally like to use a couple caps of lipo-PM about 15 min before meals, when I am not using Neovar. There is a smaller dose of corosolic acid present, but enough to make a difference. The green tea extract also is beneficial.
