I like the new site also. Everyone I talk to doesn't like the labels it's almost funny that everyone brings that up when i talk to them.

Actually, I think we may see some revamping of bottles and labels in the coming months.................... (fingers crossed)

There are also some products trickling through R & D as we speak....... the next one should hit the market in mid-late September.

'nother question. Is there some recommended plan of supplements we could come up with to make things easier?

like with the BCCA's, protein, RPM, creatine, NO, and other supplements. what about Citrulline Malate, there is so much stuff out there, I just need a plan.

Well, let me know your specific goals, etc.... and or link me to where you already have them up. A lot of supplements on the market incorporate multiple ingredients you have listed (creatine, NO, Citrulline). I think we can make it pretty simple.

I wrote my goals here. Long story long, I am trying to keep my muscle while training for a marathon, and lose some of the excess baggage.
