Hydroxycut (Thoughts? Opinions?)
..not for me.
 But I'm helping my roommate (will be joining the forum today) and I was telling him I kept seeing Hydroxycut in ads and stuff. Just curious what you guys thought and if it's actually an effective, healthy way to go about weight loss.Hydroxycut - Weight loss Program - Lose Weight Fast

I use to like hydroxycut recently I haven't cared for it that much. Recently I tryed Applied Nutriceuticals - Better Results Through Science and really liked their product especially their PM.

The general consensus is to stay away from Muscle Tech products.;)

I can't remember if it was Hydroxycut or something similar, but I tried it a few years ago and hated it. I maybe lasted a few days on it. It made me feel weird and sick. I personally don't like any of those "loose weight fast" pills that are out. I'd rather do it au nautrale without putting weird chemicals in my body or go the surgery route haha.

As you're all aware, the best diet pill is actually your fork and spoon.
Hydroxycut is essentially a blend of stimulants. It very well may aid in weight loss, (the newer formula has less of a chance of doing so in comparison to old school ephedra based Hydroxycut) but overall there are many more effective items on the market I'd recommend over Hydroxycut. The most important thing must be tackled first: Nutrition.

I'm taking the hydroxycut caffine free pills for about a week, and the great thing about these pills is that i don't feel jittery and i can fall asleep at night without feeling like my heart is gonna jump out of my chest! These pills really suppress my appetite, as what i needed because i am a grazer... lol~ but as of weightloss, not much, but it is still early, and i am on a new workout/ nutrition plan so i will update any weightloss. I would recommend this product if you needed something to suppress your appetite. Good for people who are always hungry!! Drink lots of water with these pills, btw!!
