im not a huge eater its just that im in a hurry. I want to eat something full of fiber but that is good and low calories too. like at work since i work a straight shift so no lunch. I have to eat at my desk. I drink water like crazy too. ... any other suggestions? I took some Fitamerica pills and those hurt my tummy like crazy

I keep a huge box of these in my desk at work.. I LOOOoooove them. (specifically the Oats and Honey ones)

I dunno how healthy those things are for you.. its all full of oats so it must have SOME kind of value.
Right? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?As for the cravings of soda and chocolate at work.. I sooo hear you. That's how I get everyday. It's all in your head though, you can fight it.
