You said safe, so I guess smoking cigarettes is out. How about a big glass of water?

I have to eat at my desk. I drink water like crazy too. ... any other suggestions? I took some Fitamerica pills and those hurt my tummy like crazy

Have you tried pine nuts? It's a natural appetite suppressant.

I keep a huge box of these in my desk at work.. I LOOOoooove them. (specifically the Oats and Honey ones)

Also wash it down with about 2-3 liters of water per day.

those look really good! ill have to get those. unfortunately i absolutely hate nuts. and nuts are not good for my crohns. i do like oatmeal but it does not feel me up. lately I have been frying an egg with no oil and eating that. with toast .. lunch is either a protein bar or tv dinner thing thats low cal and dinner is usually always chicken. red meat is way hard for me to process. my thing is i don't want to crave sodas and chocolate at work. ugh!

I dunno how healthy those things are for you.. its all full of oats so it must have SOME kind of value. Right? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

As for the cravings of soda and chocolate at work.. I sooo hear you. That's how I get everyday. It's all in your head though, you can fight it.
